Overseer Linton Snowball is the Southern District Overseer in the Organization. Additionally, he serves as Pastor of the Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic), Pepper,  St Elizabeth , and as Associate Pastor in his local church, Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic), Lionel Town.  An avid student of the Word of God, he teaches and preaches, as the Spirit of God gives utterance. 

He holds certification in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology, (UTech), and has undergone advanced training in the field  at the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. 

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Proqual Solutions Co. Ltd., while serving on numerous  committees, and civic Boards. Overseer Snowball  brings  a practical and radical approach to life, which t differentiates him.  Of humble, loving, yet bold and resolute disposition, one  of the mantras he lives by is “Helping Other People Excel” (HOPE).

He is married to Dahlia, and together they are the parents of three children – Joseph Nathanael, Abigail Sarah and David Judah.
