Elder Romano Willis has been Pastoring the Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) in Portmore, St Catherine since 2010. Willis serves as  District Elder for the Central District Circuit of churches). Pastor Willis has a passion for teaching the Word of God, and previously headed the Home Bible Study Ministry for the Bethel United Church, South Camp Road, and currently lectures at the corporate area-based Caribbean Bible Institute (CBI). 

In addition to his ministerial vocation, Pastor Willis is a Manager at a leading government Information Technology (IT) Company where he has been employed for close to three decades. He has been married for ten years to Alicia, and has two daughters. He has dedicated his life to spreading the gospel and to increasing the knowledge of those who have been called to the kingdom of God.
